Is there a way to set an absolute time in Outlook? I have a client that
works in a number of different time zone and sets up meetings with employees
in those time zones. When you set up a meeting with people in different time
zones, it changes the meeting time to that time zone. I was wondering if
there was a way to set up a meeting time and have it be 1:00pm for instance
displayed in each person's calender at 1:00pm regaurdless of what time zone
they are in. The meetings always take place face to face, where every person
is at the same location. So there is no issue with having the same meeting in
different time zones (phone conference for instance) If anyone has an idea, i
would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks,
Craig
