Academic Edition re-install to new laptop harddrive

Is it possible to re-install Office 2003 academic edition (2 computer limit)
to a laptop whose hard drive was corrupted and had to be replaced? I keep
getting error installing one of the .cab files. Do I have to call someone,
pay a fee, or just forget it altogether?
