I got this email from hotmail and can't figure out what to
do to keep them from inactivating my account. Basically
how do I "sign in"?? This must be a scam by threatening
you to sign up for their pay service.

umm....you sign in when you go to Hotmail's website and sign in to check your
messages....right?!?!
