Acc2000 with Acc2003 Obj Lib Reference Issue

I am using Win 7 Pro (64-bits). I loaded Off 2000 first and then Off2003
using custom and removing everything from Off 2000 except Acc2000.

I have updated Acc2000 to sp3 and Off2003 is also at sp3.

When I check Access 2000 reference, I notice it was using Microsoft Access
11.0 Object Library instead of using Microsoft Access 9.0 Object Library.

I believe the 9.0 Object Library is (MSACC9.OLB) and it is present in the
correct folder. I also have the same setup on my older computer which is
running XP Pro and its OK there. Acc2000 automatically generate the Object
Library, and its is generating MS Access 9.0 Object Library.

Can someone please help !!!

If I must repair, do I need to remove Access 2003 to do so ??? I would need
the steps if I need to reinstall because I have Access 2003 currently on the
system too.
