Dave,

If you place the text that you want to be the label in the
Caption-field, it will be used as the label when creating
the form. For existing forms, you should replace them
manually.

Thanks for the reply, I hadn't consdiered doing it that
way.

OK, then, any VBA out there to roll across a table-
definition and scoop up the text from the Description and
drop it onto the Caption field ?
