Acccess 2003 Pivot Chart Referene problem.

I have an Access 2003 mdb that has several pivot charts. Everything
works well. However, only the following reference will allow the code
for the pivot charts to work.

owc10;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web
Components\10\owc10.DLL

The above refence is to the 2002 library not the 2003 library.

A reference to the owc11;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Web Components\11\owc11.DLL will not work.

This application was saved in an Access 2002-2003 format. The
application is using numerous references to the object 11 library and
the application works fine. The charts work well. But, when I change
the reference to owc11;C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Web Components\11\owc11.DLL I get the following error message:

Runtime error 13 Type Mismatch

Does anybody know why this might be?

Any ideas on why this might be would be appreciatted. Thanks in
