Accept Appointment

Hi

After accepting a new appointment by mail invitation from my colleagues, then the mail invitation disappeared. But I found it in my Outlook's trash

In this case, can I have some setting in Outlook 2002 to keep the appointment mail invitation in Inbox so that I can have a reference for the future

Thanks in advance
