Accept Change Not Working for Tables

I have several tables in a Word document which have been modified with a
change in font size, with Track Changes activated. When I use "Accept
Change" or "Accept All Changes" these changes are not accepted and stay
visible in the document when viewed as Final Showing Markup. All other
changes in the document are accepted.

I've noticed the same thing. You have to actually select all in tables
(and text boxes, etc) to have them approved. It's a real pain as far as
I am concerned, but I discussed the problem with other people who told
me it was "as expected". These boxes are not considered being part of
the text in the document and therefore are not included in the process
:-(

I did discover that I can go out into the right margin and select the
"change" there and accept it with a right mouse click. However, with large
tables it requires accepting the changes one cell at a time--very tedious.
