"Accept", "Decline" & " Accept Tentatively" greyed out-Entourage 2

When someone sends me an invite to add to my calendar, the 3 options I'm
allowed to choose are greyed out. It doesn't matter if it's sent from
another Entourage user or Outlook user. I have made myself the owner of the
calendar thinking it was a permission issue, but still nothing. Any help
would be appreciated. Thanks!

We just had a similar issue with a user and it turns out they managed
to move their calendar from its default location (the root of the
mailbox) to a folder in their inbox. It Entourage still showed the
calendar correctly, but the user was unable to accept deny etc. We
had to export the calendar to a PST on a PC, create a new calendar in
the proper location and re-import the calendar events.
