When a user accepts a meeting and send the response to the initiator, outlook
also send a response to a user that was removed from the exchange server.
There are no other names in the to: field other than the initiator. The
exchange server respondes with mail could not be delivered to user because
user is no longer in exchange, however the initiator does get the reply.
The deleted user is not in the respondents contact list/address book either.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
