Accept Propose time icon missing

When sending between outlook2007 and outlook2003 and vise vera the
accept propose icon is missing the from toolbar, the body in text has
New Meeting Time Proposed

accept propose icon is  missing the from toolbar, this only happens when someone Proposed a new time. the body in text has New Meeting Time Proposed
