Accepted meeting request does not show up in users calendar.

Accepted meeting request or appointment in outlook does not show up in user's
calender.

Mr A got a meeting requests from various people. Mr A's assistant, Ms C ,
has full access permision to Mr. A's mailbox .

Ms C accepted the requests by opening the mailbox of Mr A via linkintg her
mailbox to Mr A's mailbox.

Now Ms C forwards some of Mr A's meeting requests to Mr D. Having full
permission to Mr D's mailbox, Ms C accepted the forwarded requests by linking
herself to Mr D's mailbox.

The problem is most of the meeting requests Ms C accepted for Mr D are not
shown in Mr D's calender. Some the acceptance prompts that the meeting was in
the past and in fact it is for a future date. Some acceptance prompts that
the meeting was already accpeted.

If anyone can help, that would be fantastic!
