Accepted Meetings Requests reflect current date/time rather than meeting date

I have seen numerous posts regarding this topic but no solutions. I
have seen it with Outlook 2000, 2002, and 2003 in variouos combinations
with Exchange 5.5, 2000, and 2003.

The problem is that a user creates a meeting request for a time and
date in the future and sends the request to a list of attendees. When
the attendees accept the message, rather than entering in their
calendar at the date and time of the meeting, it appears on their
calendar on the date and time the ACCEPT the meeting request.

Does anyone have any information on this issue?
