Access 2.0 Converter

Does anybody know where to acquire Access 2.0 Converter files
and installation guide?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Access 2.0 files can be converted by any later version of Access at least
through Access 2002.

Thanks Arvin,
I was using Office 2003 and Access 2003 does not have the converter anymore,
but Access 2000 worked.
