Access 2.0

I want to convert an access 2.0 file and open it in Access
2003, but am unable to find the converter file anywhere on
the Microsoft Web Site.

All the site says is to contact a support professional, but
despite several attempts at entering my product ID, it
still fails.

Can anyone help?
