Access 2000: faulty display on monitor

Hi ng,
sometimes ACCESS is displaying properly. When opening a
form, the distance between each record row in the subform
is increasing, when using the scrollbar, I can move down
the form, but then the form display hangs, no chance to
move the scrollbar up again.

Any helpful hints???
