Access 2000 File Format won't run in Access 2003

I have developed a Database in Access 2000 file format, we
have 2 machines with Office 2003 on them and when they
attempt to open the database it starts to run (begins to
open Access) then hangs and nothing. Database runs fine on
machines with Windows XP or Windows 2000 running Office
XP. Anybody got any ideas ?
