Access 2000 Hide Access Window

How can I hide the Access window itself in Access 2000?

Is this functionality availble in Access 2003?

Create an image file say bmp, with the same name as the
databse name and place it in the same folder as the
database. When you start the application, you get the
image displayed instead of the standard Access Window.
