Access 2000 how do I open/link MSword docs, PDF files and outllook types

How can I put these type of fields, file links or what ever so when a
record comes up all related docs can be reviewed. I have acquired a
front end and a Backend MDF set up already with numerous forms etc that
I want to modify to include this info.. Can anyone help..

Create a table with (probably) two fields, one a foreign key into
whatever table contains your records, and the other a hyperlink field.
Create a 1:M relationship between the two tables.

Use a subform on your form to display the related records in the new
table. You can then just store the path and namne of the related
documents in records in the subform. You can drag the document from
Windows Explorer onto the hyperlink control, or type or paste its path
and name. Clicking on the control will then open the document in its
parent application.
