Access 2000 Losing Connection to SQL Server

Hello Everyone,

I am having an interesting problem with our database. We
are running an Access 2000 front-end with a SQL Server
2000 back-end. The connection to the back-end is through
ODBC Jet Database Engine. Here is the problem:

We have a search form where you can type in a PO# to find
a particular PO (we also have the same function for Sales
Orders). Occasionally, valid PO numbers are entered, but
Access errors and says PO not found. I then relink the
SQL tables and everything works fine again. Does anyone
have any helpful hints on trying to figure out what is
going on?
