Access 2000 MDE issue

I have a client that has a Access MDE built in 2000 ver. They need this MDE
to work in multiple languages and are running into an issue when other
languages outside of US English is used as a primary language, does any one
have any fix for this. I know one of the languages is German and they are
using Access 2003 to run the Access 2000 MDE, when they try query in vba code
it does not work.
