Access 2000 on Windows Terminal Server 2000

I inherited Access 2000 database that is 50 MB in size on a Windows 2000
Terminal server. The Access database is very slow to display simple queries.


This database is used by 100 users from Windows 2000 Terminal world wide.

How should Access 2000 be installed on Windows 2000 Terminal server for
multiple users?

Please help me with ways I can improve performance for this Access 2000
database on Terminal Server?
