Access 2000 on WinXP no date picker

I have an Access 2000 application that uses extensive VB code. It works fine
on Access 2000 systems that use Win2K. On newer machines - still running
Office 2000Pro - that have WinXP, the date picker crashes. I think it's a
DLL missing. Any ideas?

May be it was an OCX??
