Access 2000 reports - print as folded booklet

W

Wayne

I am trying to print a report from Access 2000 which
prints two pages on each 8.5" X 11" sheet of paper
(landscape). I have done this previously by exporting a
report from Works as a *.csv file and importing the text
into Publisher where it was printed.

Can Access 2000 perform this task by itself?

Thank in advance for any help.

Not as far as I'm aware.

I believe that there are 3rd party products that you can purchase to do
this, but I'm afraid I don't have any names.

Most Win2K or higher Printer Drivers have options for 2up etc. No need
to get Access involved.<grin>

True. I assumed the OP was looking to be able to have page 1 and 4 on one
side, and 2 and 3 on the other so that when you folded the page, everything
was in the correct order. I don't believe 2up options give you that
capability. (and obviously it becomes more difficult with more pages...)

Sorry Doug, I did not see the word "booklet" in the header for this
thread. Many of the latter Postscript Printer drivers do have a limited
Booklet option but I have used and can reccommend this third party
solution:
