Access 2000 - Wizard Problems

P

Pat Randall

I am using Windows98 SE with Office 2000 pro. Our company just pushed
down Outlook XP. I installed SP3 for Office 2000 which corrected a
corruption problem. Now when I try to use either the Linked Table
Manger, Database Splitter, or Upsizing Wizard, I receive an error
message saying that Microsoft Access can't find the wizard, or there is
a syntax error in the Declarations section of a Visual Basic module.
So far, I deleted the Acwztool.mde and repaired Access twice. The
wizard problem still happens with all my databases whether I open an
existing or create a new one.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

Hi,

I have the same problem with access 2000 that you experienced, and have
also tried to solve the problem by deleting the Acwztool.mde and repairing
access, but with no result. By any chance, have you found a solution
yet??? I would be very grateful if you could send it to me. On the other
hand if i find the solution, I will let you know, in case you haven't
found it yet

thank you
