Ok I know I have posted a couple of questions here and I do thank you for your help. Now it seems the boss wants to do something else with this database. I have to get a calendar into it. The calendar from Outlook is the one we would like to use. I have tried to import to access and export to outlook but both times it has not been the way they want it. Can anyone help with this. They want it to be so when you open a calendar in outlook it automatically pulls the data from the database and then you can print or email ect...
