I have a Access 97 database that I converted to 2000. A colleague of mine is
using an earlier version of Access 2000 and the converted database runs
perfectly. When I run the database I experience problems. How do I resolve
the problem?

That depends, of course, on the nature of the problem. You can see
your database and the errors that occur; we cannot. Care to give us a
hand here?

I am using Access SP-3 but my colleague is using an earlier version. What
should happen is I select an employee from a combo box and enter the
appropriate data for this person and then hit the tab key and it should bring
me to the next person. Insead of taking me to the next person it displays
the employee number for the next employee but the name, etc. for the previous
one and ends up editing the first person I selected in the combo box.
