Access 2002 Crash with opening forms or reports

Hi
I have Access 2002 (10.6501.6626) SP3, when I open a certain forms or
reports, my Database would close and I would get the following error
"Microsoft Access has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience." The error box has the options of
"Repair my open database and restart Microsoft Access" and "Send Error
Report" to Microsoft.

This usually happen when I open the form/report after 4-5 times.

I have tried Compacting my database. It's also happen on a different
database.

Any ideas on what's going on??
