Access 2002 keeps shutting down (quitting)

I recently upgraded from Office 2000 to Office XP. Now
when I open an Access database the program quits when I
try to run or design certain queries. Additionally, I
tried to build a new query today... I could run it but it
shut down when I tried to save it.

This is not a sporatic problem. It happens every time I
use certain queries.

Help!
