Access 2002 on NT 4.0 with the other Office 97

We are adding Access 2002 to an NT 4.0 OS with Office 97
and Access 97 running on the machine. Does any know of
any issues with these products running on the same
machines? Any references on knowledge on this will be
helpfull.

Be sure to install 2002 to a different folder, and read the install steps
carefully. At one step you indicate whether you want to retain previous
versions.
