We have developed an Access application for a customer. When opening report
previews or printing reports to printers, the font is often changed to an
extremly large size or landscape changes to portrait. Changing the
landscape/portrait setting in the Page Setup Dialog Box sometimes solves the
problem, but when opening the same report later, the problem occurs again.
The application runs on a Windows network. The problem occurs with various
network printers and local printers. It occurs with Access full version and
runtime version. A correct page preview may result in a bad print-out.
The system is Windows XP Professional SP1 with Office XP SP3.
On our network, we have the same system, but the problem never occurs.
Has anybody encountered the same problem? How can we solve the problem?
