Access 2002 Runtime Administrative Patch Problem

Hello,

I am unable to apply the msp for KB827430 to Office XP.
I get a Windows Installer error saying that the patch is
not meant for this product, or some other problem.

The file name of the patch ic ACRTVBSVFF.MSP, though the
administrative update states that the msp name should be
ACCESSRTff.msp
