Access 2002 runtime on XP machine

Hi everyone.
Has anyone incounted a probrlem with access 2002 runtime
version working fine on windows 2000 and after upgrading a
computer to xp the programm does not work properly some of
the features do not work.
The message that a user gets is currently locked.
