Access 2002 Select Query question

I have a table that has 4 Job type fields: Physician, Pharmacist, Nurse,
Respiratory Therapist. A user can pick either all 4 fields or just those that
apply. Is there a way to write a select query that will put the list in one
result field, depending on what the user chooses, with just one comma in
between? Please let me know.
