access 2002 upgrade install help

I bought the upgrade to Access 2002 (from 2000) when I upgrade to Windows XP
several years ago. Recently, I had some trouble with my registry and had to
reinstall Office XP Small Business (which does not have Access in it). After
doing so, and getting Excel and Word working again, when I try to run Access
2002, it opens up my database, but then gives me message "Microsoft Access
has not been installed for the current user. Run setup to install."

When I run setup from my Access 2002 Upgrade CD, after I enter the product
code, I get the message "you are not eligible for this upgrade." I assume it
is looking for an installed prior version of Access, which it can't find
because I unistalled it long ago. And, of course I can't find the Access 2000
CD.

Is there any way to get 2002 setup to recognize that it is indeed already
installed, and I just need to do a "repair install"?
