Access 2002 won't iinstall because it can't find a qualified procd

i have dusted off my copy of Access 2002 and have tried to reinstall it on my
laptop running Windows ME. I get a setup error indicating setup failed
because it could not find a qualifiying product.

I no longer have the original box for the CD. I want to pickup learning
Access and VB 6 again.

Q. What is a qualifiying component? I have VB 6 Learning Edition installed.

Please help.
