I get a 'Compile error" "Error loading DLL" When I
attempt to open the newly created switchboard in an
existing database. I get the same error and Access locks
up, when trying to create a new database with the Contact
Management template. I've deleted and recreated the
switchboard, uninstalled and reinstalled Access, and I
still get the error.
