Can not open Microsoft Access. Keep getting message that
MS Access needs Internet Explorer 3.0 or higher to open,
install Microsoft Internet Explorer. The machine already
has Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.1 installed and is
running in Windows XP Professional. Any ideas where the
file is that I would need to edit to make this work?
