Access 2003 and 64 bits Server

A customer is going to change its servers and plans to install 64 bits
servers.

Is there any issue with Access back-ends installed on them?

I would be surprised if there were. Basically, where the backend is
shouldn't matter as long as the front-end can locate it and link to it
and the OS handles the file sharing well.

Not with a JET or ACE backend. If you use a server backend, like SQL-Server,
you'll have to ask in that newsgroup.
