Access 2003 and CDX

I have a .dbf file with a CDX. I suppose it must be FoxPro (or Visual
Foxpro). I can link the .dbf file without any problem (as dbase III, IV, or
5), but I need to use and update the CDX file.

¿How do I link the dbf with the CDX? (using tabledef, or transfertext...
anything!

I have installed Access 2003 on Win XP SP2. Installed vfpodbc.dll 1.00.02.00
¿Need to update this driver too, somehow?
