Access 2003 backColor Problem

I'm using WinXP, Office 2003.
I've set all my forms to have a white backcolor for all
the section. On one client desktop the backcolor are
always grey. (If I set the backcolor to red, it's still
grey) When i print a report the background is also
grey ?? I'm not able to reproduce that error on my own
desktop even with the almost same setting than my
customer...?

Does anyone know about that problem ???
