Access 2003 database in Access 2007

When opennnig the database in Access 2007 (created in Access 2003) I don't
see the navigation pane and can't get behind the main form (oprned by
AutoExec macro) to make modifications.
Please help

Eli,

As a first port of call, try holding down the Shift key while opening
the database.
