Access 2003 Developer Extension

I developed a database in Access 2003 and now would like to package it. I
heard I can use the Package and Deployment wizard from Visual Studio 2005,
but I cannot figure out how to work it (or find it). Also, I heard that
there are developer extensions available for download; however, I can only
find the downloads for Access 2007, which I don't have.

Please advise on where and how I can package my database.
