Access 2003 Developers Extentions

Im using Office 2003 English Version with Access 2003
Developers Extentions.

Is Access 2003 Developers extentions common for all
languages. I have to change to the Norwegian version of
Office, but what about det Developers Extentions Kit. Can
I use Norwegian Office and English Dev Ext mixed.

who was installed when you installed the Developer Extension CD.
