Access 2003 error

This is the error that she gets when she try's to update the data. But when
I open the excel file from her home drive I didn't get the error when I
clicked to refresh the data. But I did get the other error when I clicked
the arrow.

Microsoft Excel Error: Problems obtaining Data

When she click the arrow for the Data Invoice Approved by Month Error this
is the error she gets.

Microsoft Excel Error:
The Pivot Table report was saved without the underlying data. Use the
Refresh Data command to update the report. When you refresh the data the
error still comes up.

Can someone help me please??? Thank you in advanced..
