Access 2003 Form/database

I created a form and database that needs to be installed on antoher laptop.
Does that laptop need Access installed? Currently, the form is not displayed
properly.

YES, some version of Access must be on the computer. The version must
be equal to or later than the one that created the database application.

If you have Access 2007, the runtime version of Access 2007 is free and
can handle database applications created in Access 2003.
