Access 2003 gone slow

Hello there.

All of a sudden it take about 40 to 50 seconds to
load and open this Access 2003 database (Win XP Home).

It does not have more than 120 records of about 10 fields.
It used to open in a flash.

The only thing I have done recently is installing PGP8.1
and then uninstalling it because created problem in OE6.

But I am not sure if it had anything to do with this.

Access itself loads fast & fine (double clicking MSACCESS.EXE).
Only this specific DB takes a long time if I double click its file name.

I used REGMON to see what happens in REG, but
couldn't make heads or tails out of it.

Thanks for any hint to know why & to solve the prob.
