Access 2003 in 2007

Will a data Base designed in Access 2003 function without any problems in
Access 2007

It depends.

A sufficiently sophisticated and complex app will almost certainly have a few
areas that will need to be tweaked to work properly in 2007. Relatively simple
ones might work without mods of any kind.

Can you give me an example?
I tried to open the Data Base in 2007. It opens to the Main Menu, but will
not proceed further, when you click on a Selection (Command Button) say to
enter Data into a form. No messsage appears, it just seems to hang.

Any clues, as I am relatively new to this?

VBA code of any kind might be getting restricted unless you run from a "trusted
folder".
