Access 2003 install over office 97 access

I installed Office 2003 on my pc at work that is running windows 2000. I
already had ms office 97 installed. After upgrading to office 2003, I
uninstalled office 97.
Now when I attempt to open an access database that was created with access97
the "msjetsfql.tlb" can't be found, and can not open the database. I know
I need to refer to a reference, but now Access 97 is not installed and I was
advised to go to access 97 to update the reference? Any Suggestions???
