ACCESS 2003 JET 4.0 SP8 or later Requirement!!!!!!

Hello Microsoft?????

I just installed the new Access 2003 from my msdn
universal subscription! It requires Jet 4.0 SP8. Guess
what Microsoft? You do not have SP8 available for
download! Can you provide me with the address where to
get this update?

Hi Francios,

Jet 4.0 SP8 has been delayed in release, but should be available in the next
several weeks. Access 2003 will still run and you can still open your
databases by just clicking the buttons indicating you want to open the
database even though expressions are not being blocked. You can turn off the
warning you recieve by changing your Macro Security level to Low in Access
2003 using the following steps:

1. On the Tools menu, point at Macros and click Security.
2. In the Security dialog, select the option for Low security and click OK.

Once Jet 4.0 SP8 is released, I suggest that you switch you Macros security
back to Medium or High in order to turn on blocking of unsafe expressions.
